Tony advises and assists entrepreneurs in bringing their innovations successfully to market. He has coached more than 700 entrepreneurial ventures, helping them strategize, connect with mentors and secure funding. He has consulted with companies that successfully raised more than $130 million in private equity financing. In addition, he oversees other Innovate Mississippi programs focusing on manufacturing efficiency, renewable energy and also the publishing of Pointe Innovation magazine.
In Tony’s previous roles with Innovate Mississippi, he served as vice president and COO, the director of the Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, director of the Mississippi Alternative Energy Enterprise and director of InnovateMEP Mississippi.
Tony received a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Mississippi State University, a Master of Business from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Engineering from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University through the Master of Management and Manufacturing program.
