Join us for a special free Reshoring Webinar Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 12:00 Noon. This webinar, hosted by the Mississippi Make It In America team and featuring leading reshoring expert Harry Moser, will focus on how companies—and the U.S.—can benefit from reshoring. Attendees will learn about reshoring and steps they can use to begin the process of identifying and evaluating opportunities to reshore their own products, compete with imports or convince their customers to reshore.

What you will learn:

The workshop will include an educational presentation that will cover key reshoring concepts and trends and describe services and tools available to help companies interested in reshoring or not offshoring. The session will also include a brief demonstration of free online tools that companies can use to analyze and compare overall costs of manufacturing in the United States versus overseas and information about programs to assist manufacturers with reshoring.

About the speaker:

Harry Moser is founder and president of the Reshoring Initiative (www.reshorenow.org). In this role, Moser is a leading industry spokesman for reshoring and for developing the skilled manufacturing workforce required to make reshoring possible. Moser was inducted into the Industry Week Manufacturing Hall of Fame in 2010, was named Quality Magazine’s 2012 Quality Professional of the Year and received Manufacturing Leadership Council’s Industry Advocacy Award in 2014. He also participated in President Obama’s 2012 Insourcing Forum, testified at a Congressional hearing on reshoring and manufacturing, won a 2013 The Economist debate on reshoring and company duty to country, and has been featured in numerous publications including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Bloomberg Businessweek and interviewed on Fox Business, BBC World and NPR.
