Mark Henderson
Lazy Magnolia Brewing Company
Mark Henderson and his wife Leslie, both engineers by trade, launched Lazy Magnolia Brewing Company in 2003 in Kiln. What originated as a home brewing hobby transformed into a successful entrepreneurial venture that has since established itself as not only Mississippi’s oldest packaging brewery, but the first since prohibition was enacted in 1907.
In addition, Mark is also co-founder and chief engineer of LogLinear Group LLC, a high-tech, innovative engineering services firm based in Waveland. He has extensive experience with radar system design, image processing, digital architectures, high speed telemetry and deploying and testing systems in the field. Mark earned both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering from Mississippi State University and currently holds multiple technology patents.

Jeremy Chalmers
VRM Telematics
Since 2009, Jeremy Chalmers has been actively involved in educating the public on the dangers of distracted driving. Serving as an expert in this area, he has appeared on CNBC and local radio and television, been interviewed for articles appearing in print, testified before legislative bodies, and consulted as an expert for attorneys.
A founding member of the Ridgeland-based VRM Telematics, Jeremy has worked with the company’s team of engineers – from concept through development – on a novel, high-tech solution to ending distracted driving. This work has led to the production of the VRM Sentinel, a truly innovative device that is successfully promoting car safety and discouraging speeding and phone and texting use while driving.
In 2015, VRM Telematics participated in Innovate Mississippi’s statewide business plan competition – the Mississippi New Venture Challenge – and Company & Investor Spotlight event.
Jeremy is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and the University of Mississippi School of Law.
