MSU’s FlashPoint is a training program for startups that will be held in Biloxi. It will focus on understanding who is the customer, what is the value provided, and the basics of building a business model. Based on curriculum developed by the National Science Foundation, FlashPoint focuses on pushing teams out of their comfort zone and out talking to customers.

Participating teams will:

I. Learn the fundamentals of crafting a value proposition and customer discovery.
II. Build a scalable business model based on heavy customer feedback
III. Make a go/no-go decision regarding their business
