B.G. Allen is a results-oriented leader with over 30 years of leadership experience in the military, business, and nonprofits.
Allen’s experience includes coaching and consulting business owners and managers as well as non-profit and ministry leaders.
Additionally, he has served as an Army officer, Vice President of a business, Adjunct Professor for over 13 years in a MBA program, is currently teaching in the Master of Science in Leadership (MSL) program at Belhaven University, and as Chief of Staff, Chief Administrative Office, Corporate Secretary, and Board Manager for an international nonprofit.
He currently serves on the board of a business and on the Advisory Council of an international nonprofit. BG has extensive experience in conducting organizational health assessments.
Allen graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and earned his MBA from Millsaps College. He is passionate about helping people grow to reach their potential through strong coaching, planning, encouragement, and accountability.
He specializes in leader development, senior leadership team effectiveness, corporate governance, organizational health, and development.
Allen loves to help develop the next generation of leaders and is a life-long learner.
